How to get idea for marketing success for your Business

We have a group of local business professionals that meet regularly to support one another in their business growth and their professional development.

Reviews

Soliciting and managing unsolicited reviews is key today when 90% of your potential customers read reviews when buying your products or services. Learn how and when to ask your customers for reviews.

Referrals

Getting referrals is key for small business owners.  Learn how to ask your customers for referrals and learn how to establish strategic partnerships with other unrelated business owners to help grow one another's business.

Reputation Management

Managing your reputation starts with managing your online directory entries.  Learn how to monitor and protect your reputation and what people are saying about you online as well as controlling what and how you say it.

Repeat Business

Understand your customer journey to be able to sell back into your customer base - it is far easier to sell to someone that you know than to acquire a new customer.  Learn how to ask an existing customer for more business.
